Susan Elbaz is a born and raised New Yorker living in Manhattan. She is a corporate executive-turned matchmaker and life coach who founded Leads To Love, having recognized the need for an elite personalized service for selective singles with demanding professional lives.

As a graduate of NYU Stern School of Business, she excelled in the corporate world  with senior positions held at leading institutions such as HSBC, JPMorgan Chase, and Citibank. Having personally juggled the search for a lifelong partner with the heavy demands of a career in the financial industry, she's intimately aware of the challenges today’s professionals face, and the value of a premium service to assist selective professionals navigate the most important decision of their lives.

Her personal journey finding that special someone was a succession of experiences, ups and downs, and many life lessons learned. Through it all she remained focused, determined, and never stopped believing in love. Presently a happily married woman she is a seasoned product of her own experiences, and a powerful resource to draw from.

Regarding the search for that special someone, she says: 

“Love, like anything we desire in our lives, takes intentional action. Setting a goal is not enough. Fundamental to attaining any goal is to envision it, and proceed accordingly. Your actions must pave the way. Only you know what’s most important to you, and those are the essentials to draw from. Trust your heart and stand your ground. If you fall, dust off your bootstraps and get back up again. Every day brings new opportunity for change, and a single change can make all the difference. I encourage others to learn from every experience, take the life-improving actions necessary to obtain control of the future, and make the positive changes they are seeking in their lives. Stay present, look ahead, and keep your eye on the prize.”

Regarding her transition into matchmaking, she explains:

“I had always wanted to pursue an entrepreneurial venture aligned with my values and principles, focusing on enriching people’s lives in a deeply meaningful way. My own experience as a selective ambitious professional dedicated to my career, desiring love in my life, with limited time to socialize and meet a quality person, has motivated me to create a premium service for others wishing to find that special someone while maintaining a balanced schedule. I will work reliably and confidentially to find my clients their life partner. I know how it’s accomplished and when it comes to quality, I know what to look for, where to look, and how to find it – something we all deserve.”
