A. PRIVACY POLICY
Leads To Love prides itself on its discreet, confidential relationships with its Signature Clients and Qualified Members. Leads To Love guarantees personal information will never be shared without the express written permission of the individual. Leads To Love does not distribute or sell Signature Client or Qualified Member information. You consent to using this information to build a profile of interests, preferences and relationship goals and to allow you to participate in the Leads To Love service. All Signature Clients and Qualified Members also agree to uphold and maintain Leads To Love’s Privacy Policy and to the Terms and Conditions thereof.

 

B. CONFIDENTIALITY 
The purpose of this section is to set forth the Terms and Conditions under which information deemed by Leads To Love as proprietary and/or confidential, will be maintained by you, in confidence. In consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, you agree as follows:

A. “Confidential Information”, as used herein, shall mean these Terms and Conditions, the existence of these Terms and Conditions, the identity including name, phone number, email address or any other information of any person who you may be introduced to through Leads To Love and/or business information regarding Leads To Love which is disclosed to you by Leads To Love, or confidential business and/or information in connection with the services provided to you by Leads To Love.

B. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, the following shall not be deemed Confidential Information, information which is:
          a. In the public domain or falls into the public domain through no breach of this Agreement on the part of the Client;
          b. Disclosed pursuant to the requirement of any governmental agency, court or by operation of law.

C. You:
          a. Will restrict disclosure of the Confidential Information solely to those of your legal counsel, if any, with a need to know and not disclose it to third parties;
          b. Shall not use Confidential Information of Leads To Love for your own benefit or the benefit of any third party, except solely for the purpose of the above-described

              evaluation or negotiation.

C. TERM
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect for as long as you use this Website or for such period as you remain a Signature Client or Qualified Member.

 

D. CONTENT ON WEBSITE
All contents of the Leads To Love Website including text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, processes, logos, sounds, music, artwork and computer code are the property of Leads To Love, LLC., and/or licensed from individual providers of content. All rights reserved. All content is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws. No part of the Website may be copied, reproduced, published, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way (including "mirroring") to any other computer, server, website or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without the express prior written consent of Leads To Love. H. APPLICABLE LAW
This Website is maintained, operated and controlled by Leads To Love in the State of New York. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any claim, dispute, or controversy of whatever nature arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the use of any services provided by Leads to Love, including, without limitation, any action or claim based on tort, contract, or statute (including any claims of breach), or concerning the interpretation, effect, termination, validity, performance and/or breach of these Terms and Conditions (“Claim”), shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration before a panel of three (3) arbitrators selected from and administered by Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Service Inc. (the “Administrator”) in accordance with its then existing arbitration rules or procedures regarding commercial or business disputes.  Each party shall select one arbitrator and the two parties shall then agree on a third arbitrator, who shall be selected from a list provided by the Administrator.  The arbitration shall be held in New York, New York.  If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provision.

I. MODIFICATION
Leads To Love may at any time modify these Terms and Conditions and your continued access of this Website will be conditioned upon the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of your use. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes or modifications, as there will be no individual notices to you regarding such changes or modifications. Your continued use of this Website or any services offered by Leads To Love constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any modifications thereto.

 

J. ADDITIONAL TERMS
Additional Terms and Conditions may apply to services for Signature Clients and Qualified Members, and you agree to be bound by such other Terms and Conditions.

 

K. SEVERABILITY
These Terms and Conditions shall be deemed severable. In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

L. WAIVER
The failure of Leads To Love to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to this Website must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action arises.
